Just be careful you dont go too far back as some things like headlamps are becoming NLA .

Its a Bucher Duro , I am in process of converting mine :)
would be a bit careful re an LDV as to parts availability , does the new firm
carry older parts as there was a big gap in production ?

Mate has 6 LDVs that he used to lease out all 05/6 plates (£3-3.5K) very well serviced but the boxes are a bit short for my desire as I want the longest I can get as I want a garage

If you have the licence a 6.5/ 7.5 ton would be a better bet particularly if you want a garage , as anything like 3500kg will be very limited on rear axle load . DAF or Iveco are good VFM usually . Ex army DAF are available for reasonable money ,with low mileage , but running costs are a bit higher , but the 4WD allows more wildcamping possibilities . Over 3.5 you can get PHGV road tax another saving .

Welcome. \I have a 2006 LDV Maxus. No problem getting parts there are firms on ebay who specialise in them. Mine has not needed many parts unlike my previous Transit!!!!!
